My journey to founding my small business began with a simple gift – a one-day silversmithing course that ignited a passion for crafting beautiful pieces.From that moment, my fascination with silver grew into a true love for the craft.
This passion led me to pursue further courses and a Diploma from the Jewellers' Academy, propelling me towards establishing Joanna's Designs.My creations are a reflection of the jewellery I adore – pieces that are elegantly simple, perfect for daily wear or special occasions.
My inspiration often comes from the beauty of nature and the captivating play of colours.I have a small studio at my home in Henfield, where using traditional silversmithing techniques, I craft each piece by hand.
Every piece is made from sterling silver and the gemstones I work with are unique, leading to the creation of many one-of-a-kind designs. All pieces that meet the weight threshold have been hallmarked by the London Assay Office - your guarantee that they are genuine 925 Sterling Silver.
